My name is Jedd Smith, and I’m a passionate real estate professional proudly serving the Greater Sudbury area. Growing up on a family farm in the Sudbury region taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and integrity—principles I carry with me into every client relationship.

Since becoming licensed in 2018, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors—helping them navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity. My experience includes the successful sale of high-end custom homes, income-generating investment properties, and everything in between. I understand that every client has different goals, and I tailor my approach to ensure each person feels informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

I also specialize in equestrian properties. As a senior course designer active at both national and international levels, I remain well connected within the equestrian community—especially in Southern Ontario. This network gives me unique insight and reach when it comes to marketing and sourcing horse-friendly homes, farms, and rural estates.

My business is rooted in relationships and built on trust. I’ve established a strong local network of professionals across renovation, trades, staging, and property management—ensuring my clients have access to reliable support from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I live an active lifestyle. I’m passionate about fitness and hybrid training, and I love being outdoors—whether I’m hiking, running, or skiing locally or travelling to new places to explore and recharge. I believe balance is key, and I bring that same energy and focus into my work.
